Cons: After an upgrade from Asus many months ago, the system uses up the internal storage system area – protected until the phone fails.

As per Asus support, we have reset the phone back to factory default multiple times and put on the min. The storage still decreases until it runs out and warns you that it may now be corrupt.

Still waiting for a solution from Asus. When we researched the issue, we found many other users with the same issue. Overall Review: I waited 9 months to review this phone because I wanted to make sure I loved it at much 9 months later as I did when I first purchased it.

It required a micro sim, my last Asus was a mini sim. I you want a Asus phone do your self a solid get the zenphone laser. Pros: Reliable; starts up everyday without problems.

Asus is good about rolling updates, which have all run without problems – unlike some other manufacturers. Cons: More granular technical details on the website: the online user guide is OK but sometimes more details would help and save interested end users time needed for internet searches for details.

Overall Review: I definitely would recommend the phone: quality build, good value, reliable.

Pros: I love the fact that it is all metal. The powerboost software is also very handy on making sure applications are completely closed and not running in the background.

The Finger print sensor is very comfortably placed in the back and is extremely responsive. The camera is by far the best I’ve had in a phone.

Auto focus is quick and precise. There is no delay when capturing photos either. You press the button and almost instantly it has captured the picture.

Image capture quality is astounding too.

George M. Dear George, I certainly understand your disappointment and inconvenience if the system failed to power on. Please try to disconnect the AC adapter and let the unit drain for 24 hours to reset and clear the memory.

After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter then power on the unit. If the problem persists, please press and hold the power button, repeat this process a couple of times, until you see an ASUS logo or a battery icon then let the battery charge fully before turning it on again.
