Verified Purchase. First thing to note is that this case will make your phone 1. I recommend sticking to 2 cards max as continuous occurrence of getting the extra card unstuck may damage the slider in the long run.
The sliding door is very sturdy and will not slip down on its own even when vigorously shaking it, as pressure must to applied for it to slide -Appearance wise it doesn’t look that great in my personal opinion as the case makes the phone look very generic not that it was good looking when naked to start.
Type-C port cutout has enough space for thick third party cables, the two microphone cutouts on top and bottom are aligned perfectly, and the finger print scanner has a super deep sloping groove.
Finger print scanner cutout is large and hard to miss press it blind as your finger naturally gravitates towards it compared to the flat flush placement without the case.
I recommend going into the sensitivity settings and put it up a notch if you plan to use the same grip as before. Phone feels less flimsy than without the case.
Just note that it will make your phone appear a bit thicker than expected. Holds 3 cards for me.
I added slivers on the thin edges and wide pieces on the back panels. The card slot opens easier and I have not experienced any issues with slip. I can confirm the same issue with card case left corner come off periodically, but no blow-outs.

The form factor is well suited for the Pixel. Finger scanner is readily accessible, good cushion and protection all around, works with the screen protector I chose.
Button usability is unimpaired. While the total size goes up in bulk, I found it fits in my hand easier as I’m holding a little bit more. It still fits all of my car holders although the Pixel itself is a concern there; buttons align with the grippers My complaint, or caution, is two-fold.
I agree with others who discuss the card compartment door. It doesn’t feel as tight as my previous model. Once the click is overcome, the door slides very easily.
However, the door slides so the compartment is only partially open, so if it accidentally opens the cards would still need to shift a bit to fall out.

The Samsung version have a rubberized plastic rim that provided a good grip; this is all smooth plastic. I feel I’m gripping it better more bulkbut it’s still too slick.
I’m searching for an adhesive-backed material to apply a few patches on the case to improve this. Bottom line: Sufficient, but not excellent.
