As of now, Samsung is not offering a version that supports an S Pen yet. With some of its predecessors, the S Pen versions were released later.

The design is customized a lot and even the settings look different than vanilla Android. I like One UI. It looks modern and runs smooth. And we still get a lot of pre-installed apps.
