  04.03.2020 – I too have this problem. So I tried to change the face directly on the watch, but the new watch faces aren’t showing up. I also think the current selection is a bit limiting: utility, simple and Color all look very similar, and there are no options to add a seconds counter to the digital faces. Apple Arcade Fall
