  Technically speaking without getting much into detail, the phone is great. Unable to upgrade to the most recent Android version however, I’ve read it supposedly has to do with the method performed to unlock the phone.

  This could have easily been a 5 star product but since some features are taken away from the phone, along with a harder initial setup, all of this apparently without a solution, the rating of this specific product falls down, and service of the vendor Open Group Wireless is lackluster.

  

  The phone does come in its original package. Personal recommendation: if you like this phone, get it from your local provider. You might end up spending a bit more, but will guarantee that you have a phone with all the features it comes with.

  Also, it might sound meaningless but when I got it from my provider, a pair of earphones was included in the package.
